Join us in the Great Hall at the Fleming College Haliburton School of Art and Design for a FREE performance! Craig and Maggie Thompson taught music education in Toronto for many decades, additionally they have both been faculty at the National Music Camp of Canada. Craig is a brass specialist and freelance trumpet player who enjoys performing in musicals and giving private lessons. Maggie is a saxophone player. In 2021, they co-founded the local group Adverse Conditions – Highlands Soul Band. The 11 piece band performs dance music by artists such as Earth, Wind and Fire, Sam & Dave, Chicago and Stevie Wonder. The group enjoys performing to raise money for the local community.
